Comment: Just ordered my first product from this company. Simple skin. Item came defective with scratches. You know what? Im so very glad that it did! Lets face it- no company can produce perfect products every time. Glitches happen. Thats why customer service is so very important! Its what seperates good companies from great ones. Skinomi is a great company! Vanessawith whom I spoke was very appealing to deal with. Her voice demeanor positive attitude and assurance all made a difference. That may sound funny but you know that matters when defusing a potentially volitale situation with an upset customer! To improve matters she said No problem. Well send a replacement right away no charge and no need to return the old one. Huh? No shipping or handling fee? O.K. Wow! Then after I hung up I was so impressed that I decided to spend my money on an upgrade to the full skin; so I called back had another wonderfully professional experience with Vanessa and then to totally blow me away because I was upgrading they gave me a deal I couldnt believe! You wouldnt believe me if I told you so youll just have to find out for yourself! You wont be dissapointed. I wish I could get paid for this review but having found this company I feel I just did! BTW-Forget blaming Wall St.! We need to get busy starting small businesses like Skinomi based in California. Thats what will make America great again! :)

Comment: Ive applied many other screen protectors but most of them have been really hard to apply perfectly onto the device; however with the Skinomi screen protector this was a really simple task because of the solution.
I did mess up by applying too much solution onto the screen protector so it took awhile to stick and air bubbles did form but after waiting 24 hours almost all of them disappeared.
Overall I am really impressed with the Skinomi screen protector.
