All of our Skinomi TechSkin™ products include a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. We are confident TechSkin is the only film protector you’ll need, and if it fails to do its job, we’ll simply replace it with a new one!
Please note: For international customers, a shipping and handling fee will be added for your Skinomi (Film Only) replacement during checkout. There is NO CHARGE for the actual product you will be receiving.
In order to process your replacement, we will need you to provide the following information in the "Comments" field during checkout:
If we cannot find your order number, your replacement request cannot be processed. In the case that we need any additional information or proof of purchase, a Skinomi representative may contact you to finalize your replacement process.
*The Skinomi Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not cover installation errors including air bubbles, dust or dirt caught underneath the TechSkin and improper alignment of the film on your device. Please follow the installation instructions carefully when applying TechSkin.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.We understand that the installation process can be a bit tricky at first.
The key to a great installation is to make sure you use plenty of solution when installing your protector. The solution is designed to weaken the adhesive so that you can achieve a perfect alignment. If you have used enough solution your protector should move freely around the screen of your device. After you have properly placed your protector use only gentle pressure when squeegeeing out the excess solution being careful not to stretch the skin. If the skin becomes stretched it can cause issues with lifting and peeling. Please note that microbubbles after installation which appear clear and are filled with solution are normal and will disappear after a few days. Larger air pockets caused by not enough solution being used will not go away. Any scratches or imperfections will go away on their own in 2-3 days and you should have a flawless finish.
We do offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products and would be happy to send you a free replacement if you would like to try the installation again. Please contact us directly for further assistance. We look forward to hearing from you.
